5. Program Enrollment and Payment

Details regarding program pricing, payment schedules, and enrollment terms are provided during the discovery call process and formalized in a separate enrollment agreement. By enrolling in any BPA program, you agree to the specific financial terms presented at the time of enrollment.

All payments are made in U.S. dollars. Specific payment terms, including any installment schedules, are outlined in your individual enrollment agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are specific to the program or service you have enrolled in and are detailed in your enrollment agreement. Please review your individual agreement for specific terms applicable to your engagement.

If you have questions about cancellation or refunds before enrolling, we encourage you to ask during your discovery call. We will answer these questions honestly.

7. Results Disclaimer

The results described on this Site represent outcomes achieved by specific members of BPA programs. Individual results will vary based on many factors, including but not limited to practice size, geographic market, implementation quality, prior business experience, staff capacity, and time invested.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of specific financial outcomes. BPA provides systems, training, and support, the results generated by applying those systems depend on the individual practitioner's effort and circumstances.
