Dr. Blaine Kingsbury, DC, RTP, BCIM, DAAIM, DMBBT, is a chiropractor who brings many years of experience from around the world to the greater Kansas City area to his practice, Functional Health Institute. Having worked in Peru, Germany, Dubai, Austria, Indonesia, Spain, and France, Dr. Kingsbury continues to work with patients from around the world.

Dr. Kingsbury had 2 research papers chosen out of 1800 entries to be presented at the Para Olympics in Brazil which he co-authored with researchers from the US, Iran, and Wuhan Sports University, China.
Dr. Kingsbury was chosen as a keynote speaker at the prestigious International Sports Symposium in Lintz Austria where Doctors from 250 countries were invited to attend. He continues to be a sought-after speaker and instructor internationally. He spent several years as the team Doctor for the University of California Santa Cruz Volleyball team, traveling with them several times to the final 4. He also worked with several athletes from the US Olympic Volleyball team.
With his extensive training and reputation as the go-to healthcare provider for elite athletes, Dr. Kingsbury, DC has the honor of traveling with the World Karate Federation to tournaments, working with professional athletes from over 80 countries. He is on the Medical advisory board for the US Karate team and works closely with the Austrian Olympic Karate team. Many of his athlete patients travel from places like South America, Australia, and countries in Europe seeking treatment from him. Dr. Kingsbury, DC specializes in treating knee and shoulder injuries, peripheral neuropathy, and frozen shoulder.
